Wellbeing for Education is committed to providing schools with outstanding coaching and consultancy services, and the delivery of relevant, meaningful and robust content. To ensure this, we handpick wellbeing experts from across the country, that not only have clinical backgrounds, but have experience within an educational setting too.
Our team of experienced and knowledgeable coaches will work with you to deliver ground-breaking wellbeing and resilience programmes that will not only transform the lives of your leadership team and staff but will foster a whole-school culture of acceptance, trust and positivity.

Dr. Andrew McDowell
Andrew is a psychologist, coach and leadership professional with more than 30 years experience of innovation in the health and care sector.
Charles Brook
Charles was the founder of The Performance Coach. With broad experience in the sector, he is part of our management team.
Sam Adcock
Sam has been a highly successful Head Teacher for over 20 years. She is also a coach, trainer, and consultant who has championed numerous health and wellbeing initiatives.
Dr Nicki Tanner
Nicki has designed and delivered leadership development within education since 2011. She has coached over 100 teachers and her PhD thesis focused on teacher wellbeing and resilience.
Our Faculty
Jacquie Moses
A Leadership and Wellbeing coach, Jacquie has over 15 years' experience working in the education sector, criminal justice system and business sectors. As a coach she has run workshops for teachers and collaborated with both teachers and young people.
Faiza Ali
An experienced Health and Wellbeing coach, Faiza has spent the past few years facilitating, coaching and mentoring learners and peer supervision groups in the post graduate education sector. Faiza is also experienced in coaching those from diverse backgrounds.
Jo Wallis
An experienced Leadership and Health and Wellbeing coach, Jo has coached teachers and lecturers across the education sector. Jo is also experienced in coaching those with neurodiversity as well as those from diverse backgrounds.
Nicky Williams
An experienced Careers and Health and Wellbeing coach, Nicky has worked within the higher education sector. As well as working with senior university leads in her 20 year career, Nicky has held a number of honorary university fellowship roles.
Sarah Stacey
Sarah supports a multi-disciplinary team of education staff in improving the emotional wellbeing of the children with whom they work. Experienced in coaching and facilitating on wellbeing and resilience, Sarah understands educational challenges.
Jackee Holder
As an experienced Leadership and Health and Wellbeing coach and trainer, Jackee has extensive experience of designing and delivering coaching and facilitation in the further education sector. Jackee is particularly adept at coaching around women's leadership, diversity and inclusion.
Lildonia Lawrence
Lildonia has extensive experience of coaching and supervising within the education sector and has run programmes supporting schools to improve their student wellbeing. She is currently consulting as Mental Health Education Lead Advisor for a London Borough.
Matt Simpson
A Health and Wellbeing coach, trainer and facilitator, Matt has over a decade of experience working in both the education and health sectors, designing and delivering bespoke programmes in leadership and health and wellbeing.
Barry Jubraj
A clinical academic in the NHS, and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, Barry has trained and mentored undergraduate and post graduate clinical students, for over thirty years. Trained as a teacher, Barry is an experienced Health and Wellbeing coach.
Jane Hadfield
Jane is experienced in the education sector, having delivered innovative clinical leadership development programmes at a number of universities. An experienced Health and Wellbeing coach, Jane holds a national NHS role facilitating and implementing new apprenticeships.
Julia Brown
A Leadership and Health and Wellbeing coach with a career spanning 35 years, Julia has experience of coaching within the education sector. Julia is CEO of an established charitable organisation supporting the mental health and wellbeing of young people.
Kate Nash
Now an experienced Leadership and Health and Wellbeing coach, facilitator and trainer, Kate previously worked in the NHS where she was involved in the education, mentoring and training of student nurses and NVQ candidates.
Alison Crombie
An experienced Team coach and NHS Clinical Academic, Alison has worked as a coach and facilitator in the higher education sector for many years. She currently holds a Visiting Professor post at the University of Surrey.
Sarah Drake
A learning and development professional supporting leaders, wellbeing and career development. Sarah is a skilled facilitator, coach and action learning facilitator who has a range of experience working with charities (national and local), in higher education and the healthcare sectors.
Kathy Jones
Kathy is an Educational Psychologist and Coach with over 20 years' experience, which includes tutoring for trainee EPs and SEN Coordinators. As a coach, Kathy has experience supporting young people, educators and parents with their wellbeing.
Zoe Noble
Having worked as an NHS Physiotherapist for over 15 years', Zoe is an experienced Health and Wellbeing coach with over a decade of experience coaching a variety of different roles across a range of sectors.
Operations Team
Lisa Raynsford
Lisa has a background in the legal industry where she worked in team management and operations, and also spent five years working within the NHS. She now manages the day-to-day running of TPC Health.
Virginia Johnson
Virginia worked in the travel industry for many years. She is a Programme Manager at TPC Health, specialising in managing complex programmes for health and social care sector clients.
Penny Krogmann
Penny's background is in Training and Event Management. She worked with TPC Leadership for 5 years before joining TPC Health to focus on running Open Programmes as well as managing some client programmes.
Claire Goddard
Claire worked as an account manager in the medical industry for many years, and more recently in an administration role for local government. She is an account manager with TPC Health, focusing on broadening the scope of the business.
Melanie Howes
Melanie's background is in Learning and Development project coordination and management in the legal and healthcare business sectors. She is a Programme Manager focussing on client programmes.
Sue Dunning
Sue has many years experience working in customer service and project roles across a wide range of industries. She is a Programme Manager looking after client programmes.
Anna Raynsford
Anna spent 25 years working in film, comedy and entertainment public relations. She now manages client programmes, as well as supporting the management of the faculty team.
Colleen Fleming
Colleen has worked in a variety of Project and Business Operations Roles. She is now TPC Health's Operations Coordinator, supporting the smooth running of the operational side of the business.
Karen Ehlers
Karen has vast experience in various administration roles and also worked in the health and fitness industry. She assists the team with all aspects of logistics and project support.
